For now, every order is click and collect. Collection is free, so there is nothing to pay for it at checkout.
How collection works
- We check and wrap every piece by hand, so please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be ready.
- When it is ready, we email you to let you know.
- Please bring your order reference, printed or on your phone.
If you pay by bank transfer or cheque, we start preparing your order once the payment has reached us.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Returns
If something is not right for you, you have 30 days from the day you collect your order to return it for a full refund. That is longer than the 14 days required by law, because deciding about a dog bed can take a few nights.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition.
- Start a return from Order history in your account, or contact us.
- You can bring the item back to the collection point or post it to us. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
If something is faulty
Tell us as soon as you can and we will repair, replace or refund it. Natural materials have small variations, such as slubs in linen or speckles in a glaze; these are part of the piece rather than faults. None of this affects your statutory rights.
