Behind the collection

Made for muddy paws and sunny windowsills

Nothing here is designed for a showroom. We make things for real days at home: the walk in the rain, the nap in the sun, the corner of the sofa that is no longer quite yours.

Materials & origin

Made from things you can name

We work with a short list of materials: stonewashed linen, felted and woven wool, oiled oak and beech, glazed stoneware, waxed canvas and bridle leather. They soften and mellow with use, and they sit quietly in a room instead of shouting from the corner.

Everything is made in small batches, so there are fewer pieces and more attention on each one. Natural materials have their quirks: linen creases, wool sheds a little at first, stoneware can chip if it is dropped. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
