These terms apply to orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
Your order
When you place an order, we email you to say we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has been accepted. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and you will not be charged.
Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Click and collect is free. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before we prepare your order.
Payment
You can pay by bank transfer, by cheque, or in cash when you collect. Orders paid by bank transfer or cheque are prepared once the payment reaches us. More on our payment page.
Collection
Orders are usually ready to collect within 2–4 working days, and we email you when yours is ready. See Collection & returns for details.
Returns and cancellations
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of collection for a full refund. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by law. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it. Small variations in natural materials are not faults.
Using our pieces
Our pieces are made to be lived with, but no bed, toy or bowl is indestructible. Please supervise play with toys and replace them once they are worn through.
Your rights and the law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland; if you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer law of your country.
